The included revision rounds exist exactly for this. If the copy does not address the documented brief after all included revisions, we will resolve it at no additional cost. Our Refund Policy covers the specific conditions where a refund applies.
Our primary output language is English. Italian language copy is available through a certified native translator as a paid add-on. If your primary language requirement is Italian, contact us before ordering to discuss what works best.
Rush turnaround means the first draft is delivered within 48 hours of brief sign-off instead of the standard timeline. This requires a complete, clear brief at the start. We cannot rush a project with an incomplete brief.
You can add up to 10 consultation hours to any package at EUR 33.40 per hour. These are available after project delivery for copy reviews, strategy questions, or ongoing development outside the core project scope.
