• To process payments through Stripe Inc. (contract performance)
• To send order confirmations and project communications (contract performance)
• To comply with Italian and EU tax law (legal obligation)

We do not sell personal data. We share data with Stripe Inc. for payment processing under their Privacy Policy. No other third parties receive your data unless required by law.

5. Retention

Transaction records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax law (D.P.R. 633/1972). Non-purchaser contact data is deleted after 12 months of no further contact.
