1. Our Commitment

TheGoatCopywriter produces custom copywriting to brief. Our refund policy reflects the nature of creative services.

2. When Refunds Apply

• We are unable to begin work within 5 business days of payment due to circumstances entirely on our side
• The first draft deliverable is not completed within the agreed timeframe due to our failure
• The client receives a first draft that does not address the documented brief in any meaningful way

3. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• A first draft has been delivered
• Client delays in providing the brief or required materials caused project delays
• Dissatisfaction with creative direction after included revision rounds are exhausted
• Change of mind after project start

4. Requesting a Refund

Email hello@thegoatcopywriter.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
